Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a State, Local, & Education (SLED) Account Manager based in Albuquerque, NM. The SLED Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating relationships with state, local government, and educational institutions. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, developing strategies to meet client needs, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to offer tailored IT solutions while achieving sales objectives and fostering client trust.
Qualifications
Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in state, local government, or educational sectors
Proficiency in IT sales, account management, and business development strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work on-site and ability to travel within the Albuquerque, NM area
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred
Experience in government contracts and RFP processes is a plus
