As a Lead Product Owner - Digital Solutions, you will utilize your expertise in product management and primary care operations to deliver technology solutions that truly matter. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Associate Director of Product Management. You will manage all phases of the product life cycle from conception to market launch. After launch, you will monitor product performance, gathering feedback from patients, clinicians, and business partners to ensure our solutions meet expectations, adapting as necessary to achieve targeted results. You will play a key role in shaping departmental strategy on complex technical aspects of product components, independently defining objectives and methodologies for your tasks. Collaboration is vital, as you will work closely with frontline team members and leaders at various levels to develop technology solutions that improve their workflows and enhance patient care.

Define and prioritize product backlog items to maximize business value and satisfy customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine product requirements.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and current market trends.
Develop and sustain product roadmaps, vision, and strategy.
Ensure product development aligns with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product ownership or a similar capacity.
Proven success in delivering impactful digital products.
Strong command of agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Familiarity with digital technologies including cloud computing, mobile apps, and web development.
Make an impact with your expertise! Preferred Qualifications Possession of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
MBA or related graduate degree.
Knowledge of CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce) and patient engagement technologies.
Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
Extensive backgrounds in customer-facing healthcare environments, focusing on technology solutions.
Experience with managed care practices is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
While this role is remote, some occasional travel to Humana's offices may be needed for training sessions or meetings. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 Salary Range:
The salary range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and the individual's qualifications. $94,900 - $130,500 per year. This role also qualifies for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance. Benefits Overview:
