About the job We are looking for experienced, driven professionals who are looking to join a top-tier performing sales team in the Real Estate industry. As an Account Executive, 75% of your day will be spent making phone calls to assist in driving sales volume for our production team. You will actively learning the ins-and-outs of Private Lending through reviewing loan scenarios and building relationships with builders and developers. You will work closely with a Senior Account Manager who will both help drive your deal flow and serve as a mentor in the industry. You will assist with prospecting, initial deal review and initial client communications. You will obtain critical information to get deals done and will be the first point of contact for many of our clients.

An ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within the debt side of real estate. You will also be a people person that can effectively communicate with clients and help build their relationships with Streamline Funding.

This is an entry level, commission-only position.

Schedule Full time, 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, in-office

Compensation - Commission Only Commission On Closed Sales + bonus on loan submissions

Responsibilities

Primary duty will be client outreach including calling and email communication to follow up with potential and existing clients.

Leads will be provided to Sales Account Executives (AE) to reach daily KPI's.

Performance reviews will be completed after 90 days to consider AE's for promotion to Account Manager position.

Coordination and scheduling of Real Estate investment lending opportunities

Overall management of outbound sales pipeline.

Articulate talking points to effectively communicate company value proposition and products.

Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with Account Managers.

Skill set

Is dynamic, articulate, well-spoken and self-motivated.

Extremely strong phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Ability to use or quickly learn our CRM.

Passionate about selling.

Experience & Education

Must have at least two years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or related field.
