About the Role
We are excited to invite applications for the Director of Data Center Operations Strategy role. In this vital leadership position, you will be at the helm of operational strategy, ensuring the excellence and efficiency of our multi-campus data center portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass every facet of data center operations—from site commissioning through maintenance, reliability, and the optimization of processes, with a strong focus on safety, uptime, and sustainability.
We seek a passionate leader to build and nurture a high-performing operations team while driving operational consistency and best practices across our network of sites. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners is essential, as you will also represent the company to clients and Board members.
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing data center operations, demonstrating success in leading teams and overseeing significant data center capacity. We are looking for a strategic innovator with a data-driven mindset and the executive presence to engage effectively with C-Suite executives and Board Directors.
As the main point of contact for operational updates, maintenance communication, and incident management, you will partner with engineering, construction, and finance teams to maximize performance and investment outcomes. A graduate degree, such as an MBA, is required, along with relevant experience in data center development and construction.
