The Role:
Sustain and broaden relationships with customers, connecting with key business stakeholders to sustain and scale existing customers
Work closely with cross‑functional internal teams, including Customer Service Managers, Project Managers, Operations Management and Executive Staff to improve the entire customer experience
Identify, resolve and manage customer issues
Deliver product/capability presentations to customer stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities
The Candidate:
Strong Account Management/Strategic Planning experience
Capital equipment background (Semiconductor industry or similar is preferred)
Located in or around Boise, Idaho and able to travel as needed
