About You As an Inside Sales Representative, you are an integral part of Cervelo, connecting the brand to our retailers and riders. Building and maintaining lasting retailer relationships while also meeting sales targets is a challenging, but critical, skill needed for success in this role. From annual revenue planning and pre-season allocation management to on-time delivery of orders, you will work with multiple departments to get the bikes to our riders. What Does Your Day Look Like
Achieve stated revenue targets through active selling to an established base of Cervelo dealers
Manage sales order process for Cervelo dealers
Create pre-season order proposals for dealers using historical data and inventory management
Maximize revenue and dealer fulfillment by matching open demand to inventory ready to ship
Be a driving force for the Cervelo brand within your assigned territory driving brand allegiance with retail partners while achieving revenue targets
Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to identify prospects and establish new accounts and write orders
Coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives to create and execute the sales plan, manage the flow of inventory and build relationships with dealers
Be an expert in the market dynamics in your territory identifying opportunities and threats to sales leadership to maximize brand performance
Work with select dealers to manage overflow of inventory
Provide management with accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for your assigned territory per model to guide sales planning process
Provide regular budget reports and year-to-date sales reports for Outside Sales Representatives and management
Represent Cervelo at industry events such as sales meetings, Sea Otter Classic and travel within territory
What You Bring To The Table
5+ years of experience in a sales role in specialty distribution or outdoor industry retail
Experience coordinating with Outside Sales Representatives on shared goals
Expert knowledge of bicycle mechanics and bicycle components
High level of digital competency, with experience in Google Suite and CRM software
Experience with SAP or similar ERP software is preferred
Demonstrated success with meeting revenue goals and margin targets
Experience in effectively managing your priorities and time autonomously
Ability to work as part of a semi-remote national team
Ability to travel 10-25%
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.

Hourly Pay Range: This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range between $25-$30/hr.
