What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information
Provide directions to part warehouse locations and locate parts in an online parts catalog
Place part orders and identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
Research and learn about new auto parts to enhance product knowledge
Offer timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels, maintaining a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
One or more years of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
Computer navigation skills and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time
