Position Part-Time Sales & Event Coordinator Locations: Two locations (USA Raleigh and Wheels Durham); position will be based at Wheels Durham

Joining Our FUN Management Team! With over 50 years of experience in recreation and entertainment facility management, United Skates of America is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team at Wheels Durham. Located at 715 N. Hoover Rd., Durham, NC, our beautiful roller‑skating facility features roller and in‑line skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties in town!

What We’re Looking For The ideal Sales & Event Coordinator will be responsible for responding to leads generated through internet inquiries, as well as making outbound phone calls to develop new business.

What You Will Do

Contact public and private schools, churches, clubs, scouts, youth groups, and local businesses to organize special promotional events

Schedule fundraising activities, parties, and our unique STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) field trips

Promote events through social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong verbal and written communication and relationship‑building skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic

Highly organized and self‑motivated

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Exceptional time management skills

Outside sales experience required

Additional Details Compensation: $20.00 per hour, plus a bonus plan after 90 days of employment

Hours: Monday–Friday, 30–35 hours per week (flexible; daytime hours preferred). Hours will vary during high season.

As a Sales & Event Coordinator, you are a key holder and will be required to open the building after completing training.

This role is NOT remote.

Sales: 2 years (required)

Cold calling: 1 year (required)
