With recent storm activity across Nebraska and increased demand for exterior restoration services, we are expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
with a strong background in
roofing and insurance restoration .
Position Overview The Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives focused primarily on
storm‑related roofing and exterior insurance claims . This is a hands‑on, field‑based leadership role supporting homeowners through inspections, documentation, and the insurance restoration process while coaching the sales team to deliver ethical, professional service.
Solar and home security solutions are offered as
secondary, optional upgrades , providing additional value to homeowners and supplemental revenue opportunities for the team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor Sales Representatives in roofing and storm restoration sales.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and field training.
Conduct ride‑alongs, roof inspections, and coaching sessions.
Support homeowners throughout the insurance claims and restoration process.
Review scopes of work and ensure proper documentation.
Oversee projects from initial inspection through completion.
Track sales performance and support team goal achievement.
Maintain clear communication with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams.
Qualifications
Prior experience in roofing sales, storm restoration, or insurance claims preferred.
Leadership or team management experience preferred.
Knowledge of exterior inspections, damage identification, and claims workflows.
Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
Ability to climb roofs and perform exterior inspections.
Reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred).
Professional, motivated, and results‑driven.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual compensation range: $80,000–$150,000 (draw, commissions, and bonuses based on performance).
Weekly draw against commissions.
Mileage and cell phone reimbursement.
Paid training and leadership development.
Referral and performance bonus programs.
Retirement plan option.
Schedule
Flexible schedule.
Monday‑Friday with optional weekend availability.
