As a Customer Service Benefits Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting employees from major corporations like Boeing, AT&T, Exxon Mobil, and Nabisco, among others. Your primary responsibility will be to guide these employees in understanding their benefits options and ensuring they are informed about what is available to them.
Your job will involve scheduling appointments and providing personalized follow-up to members who have expressed interest in learning more. You will work closely with individuals, offering one-on-one assistance to enhance their understanding and utilization of their benefits.
We are looking for candidates who are dedicated, possess outstanding customer service skills, and are eager to grow within their careers. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team to deliver exceptional support to our members.
