CATERING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Job Number: 191
Salary: $18.40

Days/Hours: 10-15 hrs/wk
Duties: Deliver catering items (food & beverage) around the UCLA campus. This job entitles food and beverage preparation, full display and buffet set up before/clean up after catered events. Plated full course food service, bussing, and other duties may be assigned. Work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision, pay thorough attention to detail, work well with others, stand for prolonged periods & be flexible with hours. This is a customer-facing and hospitality position. Previous experience plus but, on the job, training will be provided.
Requirements: Must be available to work throughout the academic year – through June, including Commencement Weekend. Availability during summer is preferred.
Have a basic knowledge of the campus layout. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must have at least two 4–5-hour blocks of availability for work (Monday-Friday) before 2pm. Valid driver’s license strongly recommended. Must enroll in the DMV Pull Notice program. No experience necessary.

Employees are not allowed to accept tips.
