Priority will be given to candidates with hands‑on experience developing health economic models for NICE submissions, including cost‑effectiveness models, budget impact models, and health economic evaluations supporting HTA submissions.

The Role This role sits within a consulting‑focused health economics team supporting life sciences clients across multiple therapeutic areas. The consultant will contribute to client engagements, support development of health economic models, and deliver high‑quality analytical outputs for HTA and reimbursement decision‑making. The position is fully remote within the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities Client & Project Support

Support client engagements by analysing requirements, challenges, and business needs

Assist in the development of client proposals, solutions, and supporting documentation

Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client decision‑making

Contribute to the development and delivery of client presentations and written materials

Deliver assigned project tasks accurately, on time, and aligned with project objectives

Support development of health economic models, including models intended for NICE submission

Assist with cost‑effectiveness, budget impact, and outcomes‑based analyses

Contribute to model documentation and technical appendices for HTA submissions

Support interpretation of model outputs and integration into client deliverables

Consulting & Analytical Support

Apply structured problem‑solving approaches to develop client‑specific solutions

Assist in creation of detailed documentation, models, and analytical outputs

Support development of insights and recommendations using established consulting frameworks

Professional Development & Industry Knowledge

Build knowledge of consulting methodologies and health economics best practices

Maintain awareness of NICE requirements, HTA expectations, and industry trends

Develop understanding of key stakeholders, market dynamics, and professional associations

Participate in ongoing learning and development activities

Experience developing or supporting economic models submitted to NICE (high priority)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Clear written and verbal communication abilities

Strong presentation and storytelling skills

Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities

Ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams

Familiarity with consulting tools, methods, and frameworks

Knowledge of life sciences and health economics environments

Education & Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in health economics, life sciences, or consulting

Demonstrated experience supporting economic modelling for HTA submissions (NICE preferred)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs under tight deadlines
