Your New Role As a Call Center Rep, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office, fielding inbound calls, scheduling jobs, keeping customers happy, and making sure every tech hits the ground running.

What You’ll Do

Handle a high volume of inbound calls with confidence and professionalism

Convert calls into booked service appointments that drive revenue

Partner with techs and the office team to keep scheduling tight and error free

Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and uncover additional needs

Resolve issues calmly and effectively in real time

Keep accurate notes and data in the CRM (attention to detail is key)

Stay up to date on promotions, services, and company procedures

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure

Tech savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Availability to work first or second shift

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or residential service operations

Familiarity with ServiceTitan
