Join the exciting world of Affluent Banking – covering Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Client. The Affluent Product Enablement team supports the two Affluent segments of the client continuum. On this team, you’ll play a strategic role in defining the product suite and banker experience for these businesses, in partnership with business and functional partners.

As a Senior Product Associate in Affluent Product Enablement, you’ll be responsible for helping to solve complex problems and introduce new business ideas. You’ll take solutions from problem statements, through ideation, discovery, build and rollout – partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive solutions and progress.

In this role, you’ll gain experience across multiple subjects and domain areas, with exposure to the full breadth of the priorities supporting the expansion of the Affluent segment. You will also play a role in presenting our defined problem statements and solution sets to our executives and our field – mastering the art of storytelling.

Job responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

Leads the solutioning of discrete problem statements from ideation through launch

Works with Design and Product teams to design fit for purpose solutions

Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Provides executive level updates on book of work progress and accomplishments

Engages with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver capabilities; including training and readiness activities

Works with partners to assess value of solutions and inform enhancement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience with developing executive‑level presentations

Bachelor’s degree
