Regional Sales Manager - Phoenix, AZ We know you've heard of us! Car Keys Express is growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 400. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 8 years. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Professional to help play an important part in our growth.
You’ll enjoy the stability and excitement which comes from working with a successful company undergoing a major expansion.
Responsibilities Duties Critical to Success:
Strong communication and networking skills required
Ability to close accounts
Management experience in a dealership and/or B2B territory sales experience
Ability to work unsupervised
Good organizational skills
Strong work ethic and a self-starter
Qualifications Job Standards and Requirements:
Professional appearance
5+ years Dealership Sales Management experience selling within short sales cycles
Majority of role will be with travel. This territory covers Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
Must currently live in the Phoenix Metro area

Compensation:
AGGRESSIVE PAY PLAN--NO CAP on earnings potential. Salary plus commission with target compensation of $200,000+. Opportunities for advancement mean virtually unlimited earning potential.
