JOB SUMMARY The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing attendance by developing, managing, and expanding group sales accounts. This role directly contributes to the continued success of our theme and water park through strategic sales efforts, strong client relationships, and effective territory management.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow key accounts by identifying revenue opportunities.
Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and research.
Allocate at least 90% of work time to direct, revenue-driven sales activities.
Maintain organized, accurate client files for efficient service.
Stay informed on competitors, industry trends, and modern sales techniques.
Continuously prospect for new business using telemarketing and creative outreach.
Provide sales forecasts, attendance projections, and territory analysis.
Build strong client relationships through consistent, professional communication.
Support clients with ticket delivery, event-day assistance, and promotional needs.
Submit weekly progress reports and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent direct sales experience
Minimum two years of direct sales experience; theme park, entertainment, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong sales, business analysis, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; HighLevel experience a plus
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts across locations
Committed to confidentiality, professionalism, and team collaboration
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and 40+ hours as needed
Minimum age 18; must pass criminal, drug, alcohol, and social security background checks
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, near vision, hearing, and clear speech
Occasional standing, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and transport up to 100 lbs. with a hand truck
Regular indoor work with moderate office noise (phones, keyboards, printers, copiers)
