Job Description Position title: Outside Sales

Position Summary The Outside Sales team member will work independently, under the direction of the Operations Manager at Boyer Sales & Service, to generate sales from existing customers as well as bringing in new customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Face to face customer interactions: End-Users, Contractors, Engineers, Wholesalers

Promote all company offered product lines, per customer and project needs, or as directed by management

Receive and review customer inquiries for products and service

Inquiries will occur via phone, email and in-person conversations.

Send all information to the Inside Sales to be quoted.

Track all customer visits and outgoing quotes for follow-up.

Troubleshooting over the phone and in person for pumps and equipment as may be required.

Expand our customer base to help drive sales.

Provide all relevant information and photos for service-related jobs to the service team.

Any reasonable request by management.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

High School Diploma - or the equivalent

Mechanically inclined.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Steady work history

Ability to work in a team

Positive communication skills

Stand for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.

Locations: This position is located on site at Boyer Sales & Service

Direct Reports: None

Travel Requirements: Daily travel to the field, which may include overnights as needed for longer distances from main office.

Shift/hours: Full time 1st shift 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday
