About Our Agency I opened my agency in 1998 and lead a small, close-knit team of three. I bring nearly four decades of experience with State Farm, having spent many years in the claims department before becoming an agent. That background gives our office a deep understanding of insurance from every angle and allows us to provide thoughtful, well-rounded support to our customers.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
