
Account Executive – New Business (Net-New), DACH
Ultimo is hiring a
New Business Account Executive
to focus exclusively on
net-new customer acquisition
across the
German-speaking DACH market , with a primary focus on Germany.
This is a
pure hunter role , selling enterprise software into asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, industrials, and infrastructure.
What you’ll do
Own
new logo acquisition (Neukunden)
across a Germany-focused DACH territory
Proactively build pipeline through outbound and account-based strategies
Engage operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
What we’re looking for
Proven
new-business AE experience
in B2B or enterprise software
Strong outbound and account-based selling capabilityExperience owning full sales cycles
Fluent German and English
(customer-facing role)
