
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a designated territory in the Jacksonville area. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering consultative sales solutions through in-person meetings and on-site visits.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business within an assigned Jacksonville territory
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular in-person visits
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and needs assessments
Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside or field sales
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
