What You'll Be Doing: Connecting with new clients to set up inspection appointments Promoting our top-rated products and services Engaging customers through interactive, face-to-face presentations Honing your skills in our weekly training sessions What We're Looking For: Must be 18 years or older; no previous experience or education necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, motivated, and eager for personal growth Flexible availability: weekdays from 11 AM to 7 PM and 4 weekends per month Compensation & Benefits: Base pay ranging from $17.25 to $22 per hour, with the potential to earn $25 to $35+ per hour through bonuses Annual earning potential between $65K and $135K+, with no cap and not a commission-based role Bonuses, company trips (to locations like Cancun, Vegas, Bahamas), and other exciting perks Company vehicle provided for fieldwork Health, dental, and vision insurance available with advancement—employees must qualify as full-time and be promoted to team lead for benefits Why Choose Home Genius Exteriors?
