What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Maintain a professional workspace at home, ensuring compliance with work-from-home requirements.
Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, which includes obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to effectively close sales.
Excellent verbal communication abilities to engage with prospects and customers.
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficient typing skills and familiarity with PC software.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2-3 years of sales experience in a related field.
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles that demonstrate strong closing abilities.
Ability to adapt well to different work environments, including remote settings.
Experience using CRM software or similar sales tools.
