Engage with customers to address their consumer loan inquiries effectively. Develop a solid understanding of our lending products and services. Maintain a high standard of service while managing call volumes and document preparation. Conduct interviews with clients to gather loan details and respond to their questions. Generate and type loan contracts accurately. Prepare reports as needed to support loan processing. Process loan applications efficiently. Assist in executing loan closings with precision. Handle loan transactions effectively. Research and analyze history on current loans to assist customers. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations. Physical Requirements: Ability to remain seated for extended periods. Proficiency in operating a computer and other office equipment. Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
