As a member of the Pro Customer Service and Sales Team, you will: Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales by leveraging in-depth product knowledge, loyalty programs, and customized recommendations. Provide exceptional service based on each customer's unique project needs. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Resolve delivery issues effectively and communicate Home Depot's advantages over competitors. Monitor inventory and execute sales initiatives to support store goals. Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics to foster store growth.
