Summary: As a User Experience Content Specialist at Meta, you will craft engaging, user-centric experiences that resonate with millions globally. Your skills in language, user experience design, and product strategy will contribute significantly to the development of innovative products and services across multiple platforms, including mobile, desktop, AR/VR, hardware, and voice. Join our prestigious Content Design team to help us shape the future of interaction. In this role, you will focus on creating and refining product flows, features, in-product language, content frameworks, navigation, and product naming. The Meta Content Design team is one of the largest and most respected globally, uniting diverse talents and backgrounds. Responsibilities: Develop, refine, and test clear, captivating in-product language that empowers users to reach their goals, including crafting product flows, interface text, educational materials, product names, and navigation terms across Meta products.

Enhance product design through systems thinking, including defining scalable design patterns and evaluating existing user experiences.

Participate in collaborative feedback sessions with UX design colleagues to elevate product quality.

Improve product clarity and usability by guiding teams to tackle critical challenges effectively.

Proactively identify and solve issues through your contributions.

Edit and work collaboratively on designs and content using Figma.

Engage daily with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, research, marketing, and data science.

Collaborate with our internationalization team to ensure exceptional product experiences across all languages.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in UX writing.

Ability to create wireframes and collaborate on design mockups using design tools.

Proven talent in simplifying and effectively conveying complex concepts to varied audiences.

Technical proficiency, including the ability to create logic for personalized product copy and manage content effectively.

Experience with design systems and applying systems thinking to product design.
