Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Lead Business Analyst specializing in Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and product lifecycle management. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of Oracle's ability to implement cloud infrastructure systems on a global scale, ensuring our Networking and Standalone Hardware products are deployed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will guide the integrity of product data as you manage BOM structures through the entire lifecycle - from engineering development to manufacturing and eventual End of Life. This role requires strategic thinking, precision, and strong cross-functional leadership to succeed. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Lifecycle Management Plan and execute extensive product release initiatives, ensuring timely transition of Networking and Standalone Hardware products from engineering to manufacturing.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including new introductions, sustaining releases, and End of Life processes.

Communicate significant milestones and issues that impact program execution to Product Teams and senior leadership.

BOM Architecture & Data Governance Create, maintain, and manage BOMs for various system configurations and Field Replaceable Units (FRUs) in the Fusion environment.

Act as the authoritative source for product structure and configuration management.

Handle accurate manufacturing parts attribution, managing large volumes of data from internal teams and suppliers.

Ensure BOMs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with engineering and manufacturing specifications.

Change Management Leadership Guide cross-functional Change Management teams in evaluating and implementing product changes.

Oversee the creation and management of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturer Change Orders (MCOs), and Deviations.

Establish governance processes to balance product improvements with operational stability.

Clearly communicate schedules and statuses to product teams and manufacturers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Excellence Coordinate resolutions for complex issues across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domains.

Work closely with contract manufacturers to ensure smooth transitions and support.

Develop training materials and job aids to standardize and enhance process efficiency.

Drive improvements in product data management and release processes.

Leadership & Mentorship Set strategic objectives and estimate resources for complex initiatives.

Mentor Business Analysts and cross-functional teams in best practices related to BOM management and product lifecycles.

Establish standards for product data management organization-wide.

Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience

in product lifecycle management or BOM management roles.

Demonstrated success managing complex product structures in enterprise systems (e.g., Fusion, Oracle Cloud, ERP).

Proven experience managing Engineering Change Orders and change management.

Technical Skills Deep knowledge of BOM structures and product data management.

Proficiency with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.

Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) methodologies.

Understanding of hardware manufacturing and supply chain processes.

This position complies with applicable customer or client-facing role requirements, including immunization and health mandates. The role offers a competitive salary range from $75,000 to $178,100 per annum, along with eligibility for bonus and equity opportunities.
