X ray Supervisor Berlin, VT Full Time The X ray Supervisor oversees day to day operations of the radiographic imaging area, providing leadership to technologists while maintaining high standards of image quality, safety, and patient care. Key responsibilities Supervise X ray staff, including scheduling, workflow, and performance feedback. Perform and oversee diagnostic radiographic procedures as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation, and radiation safety policies. Support quality control, equipment maintenance, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with radiologists, nursing, and leadership to optimize service delivery. Requirements Associate s degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program. Minimum three years of X ray experience. At least two years as lead technologist or radiology supervisor. Effective communication and leadership skills.
