Position Overview The Construction Superintendent will take ownership of renovation projects from move-out to completion. This role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and financial oversight skills, with a focus on delivering projects that are on time, on budget, and exceed owner expectations.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough move-out inspections.

Build accurate and detailed renovation estimates.

Obtain owner approvals efficiently.

Onboard, coordinate, and manage vendor partners.

Perform quality control on completed renovations.

Core KPIs

Revenue Rate: Percentage of estimated revenue approved by owners.

Close Rate: Percentage of projects approved.

Margin: Profit percentage on renovations.

Project Lifespan: Average days from move-out to completion.

Owner Retention: Reduction in churned units/owners.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction management or project management experience (multi-family or residential renovation strongly preferred).

Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and profitability.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools/software.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
