Natural Retreats is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our Whitefish, MT team! Property Managers oversee the properties under Natural Retreats' management and ensure that all homes are properly cleaned, staged, and maintained. Core duties include executing the overall organization and management of the properties, confirming that housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections are performed, and performing general administrative tasks related to the job.An essential function of the Property Manager is to keep their manager informed of and up to date on any guest and/or home issues to ensure the proper steps are taken to guarantee guest and owner satisfaction. The Property Manager will interact and communicate with current homeowners by keeping them informed and sustaining and cultivating the relationship. In addition, this individual will need to assist new homeowners with Natural Retreats' processes, procedures, and standards. Successful candidates for this role will demonstrate professionalism and a strong service mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive rather than reactive, balancing multiple responsibilities with ease while operating as a self-starter. Compensation

$52,000 - $54,000 / yr. dependent upon experience. Benefits & PTO

Prepare for guest’s arrival to the property by completing the following duties, which include but are not limited to:

Ensure all home systems are in operating order Stage the property per standards (through coordination with Ops team)

Immediately handle the resolution of any damages, missing items, etc. after guests’ departures. Assist in all aspects of the housekeeping vendor relationships and assist housekeeping as needed to ensure the homes are up to brand standards and ready for guest arrival. Oversee all independent Inspector and Housekeeping contractors. Oversee vendors such as lawn care, snow removal, hot tub care, property care, etc. As directed by the Manager and homeowner, assist with ordering of other household items. Maintain updated reports and ensure all information is documented and filed appropriately as well as damage reports received from housekeepers and inspectors. Complete initial home inventories, onboarding walkthroughs and damage inspections. Work directly with the homeowners to ensure their homes are up-to-speed in terms of maintenance and care. Ensure the homes meet Natural Retreats’ housekeeping brand standards in terms of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene. Assign appropriate charges to owners as required by the applicable deadlines. Gain full knowledge of and maintain all operational systems and services in rental properties as required, including but not limited to gas, water, sewage supply, etc. Set an example of professionalism by work ethic, appearance, timekeeping, preparedness, and every other facet to build trust, confidence, and respect from all those who work under their direction. Experience and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record and 3 years driving experience Current Montana Property Manager license

** If you are not currently a licensed property manager in the state of Montana, we will require you take the appropriate classes and exam to be licensed, but you will be reimbursed!

Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening Must be computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to make and cultivate strong personal connections and relationships with homeowners using skills such as:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Keen attention to detail Ability to problem solve Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with hours of work varying, especially during peak season Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member should be flexible with their hours. Our Property Managers are expected to respond to inquiries from 8 AM to 7 PM for your five-day scheduled work week. We encourage all of our team members to take two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests can arrive at unpredictable times. The team member should always be available in case of an emergency, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Exact daily scheduled may vary from season to season and differ from in season to off season.
