POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a passionate and skilled Business Analyst to lead our efforts in Business Insights and Analytics. This role is crucial in establishing a data-driven culture within GRE and managing the analytics project portfolio. As a forward-thinking expert, you will drive innovation and prioritize analytics initiatives to enhance overall performance across GRE. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the business insights and analytics project portfolio for GRE, managing resources effectively. Utilize data to identify opportunities for optimization and propose actionable solutions. Focus innovation efforts internally while ensuring the necessary training to embed analytics across the organization. Regularly measure and communicate KPIs to leadership, providing insights from diverse teams. Understand key data and analytics capabilities, applying them to improve business decision-making. Effectively communicate priorities and strategies to senior leadership across functional areas. Maintain a long-term vision for analytics growth within GRE. Possess strong knowledge of data management, statistical analysis, modeling, reporting, and visualization tools. Maintain an awareness of emerging analytics capabilities, including AI modeling. Collaborate with leadership to develop a roadmap for integrating analytical competencies within GRE. Drive standardization of analytics processes and promote the adoption of analytical tools and methodologies. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your role. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or STEM field or equivalent experience that demonstrates comparable knowledge and skills. A minimum of 5 years of diverse experience in data analysis, with a focus on increasingly complex data tasks. A commitment to staying current with advancements in AI and data analytics is essential. The advertised salary range represents both the lower and upper bounds of the expected salary for this position. Actual compensation will reflect internal equity and may vary based on the candidate's region, experience, and skills, among other factors.
