Role Description As anOutside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in pursuing new and maintaining current accounts within the Onondaga County and Oswego County territory. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
Exceptional abilities in Relationship Building and Customer Service
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
Motivated and results‑driven approach to sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel and generating reports
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
5‑10 years of sales experience
Prior experience in waste removal, recycling, or a related industry is a plus
