Outside Sales Team Lead

to help grow our customer base while setting the standard for field sales excellence. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in face-to-face selling, leads by example, and is energized by performance goals. As a Team Lead, you will not only drive your own sales results but also serve as a positive influence and resource for the outside sales team. Key Responsibilities

Generate new business by engaging potential customers at their homes or businesses through in-person interactions

Present, promote, and sell Lush Lawn & Safari Tree products and services with confidence and professionalism

Lead by example in the field by consistently demonstrating strong work ethic, professionalism, and sales performance

Support and motivate team members to hit daily and weekly activity and sales goals

Assist in onboarding and field training of new outside sales representatives as needed

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Meet or exceed individual and team daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Track customer interactions, leads, and sales activity accurately within the CRM system

Educate customers on product benefits, service offerings, and value propositions

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly and professionally

Follow up on leads consistently to ensure no opportunities are missed

Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitive activity

Communicate field feedback, challenges, and opportunities to sales management

Qualifications

Prior sales experience, especially in outside or face-to-face sales, preferred (but not required)

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly with a diverse customer base

Goal-oriented mindset with comfort in a performance-based compensation structure

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time and territory effectively

Resilient, positive, and able to handle rejection professionally

Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and refine sales techniques

Valid driver’s license required
