Customer Service Representative
to deliver exceptional customer support while meeting monthly sales goals in a fast‑paced office environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers via phone and email with service and sales inquiries
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Document customer interactions and maintain strong relationships
Communicate trends and feedback with management
What We’re Looking For:
Previous office‑based customer service experience (required)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Sales‑focused mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
Reliable with a stable work history
