Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst
INX International Ink Co., Schaumburg, Illinois, us, 60159
Job Description
This role offers a range of $77,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.
The Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of INX International’s Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud. In addition to supporting system implementation activities, this role will drive sales and marketing operations and data analytics across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, ERP (S/4HANA), the INX website, marketing automation, advertising platforms, social media, and sales conversion tracking. Will report directly to VP, Marketing.
This individual will serve as an analytical partner to sales and marketing leadership—translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions; establishing data governance, reporting, and attribution models; and delivering insights that optimize marketing campaigns, improve lead generation, and enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong business acumen to turn data into actionable insights and ensure the CRM functions as a growth and decision‑making platform, not just a system of record.

Maintain data integrity, governance standards, and documentation across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Develop and execute QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and service teams.
Own deployment planning, release notes, and change management activities.
Develop and deliver Salesforce training programs for sales, marketing, and service users, tailored by role and function.
Drive platform adoption through enablement, best practices, and ongoing optimization aligned to business goals.
Serve as the long‑term product owner for Salesforce and revenue analytics capabilities across Sales, Marketing, and Service.
Monitor system adoption, data quality, and performance trends; proactively address gaps and recommend improvements.
Design, optimize, and govern lead, opportunity, and case management workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and cross‑functional alignment.
Establish and maintain attribution models and performance reporting to track lead sources, campaign effectiveness, pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Build and deliver dashboards and insights that enable sales leadership, marketing, and executive stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT leadership to continuously evolve processes, metrics, and system capabilities as business needs change.
Identify and implement enhancements that improve sales productivity, pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, and marketing ROI.
