Assist with inventory management and floor stock replenishment. Process sales transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability at POS systems. Actively seek personal development opportunities and support the store leadership team. Complete opening and closing procedures according to company guidelines. Adhere to all relevant laws and company policies. Exhibit professional conduct in terms of work quality, attendance, and appearance. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel up to 10% for support at local stores.
