What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Educate and engage healthcare professionals about product efficacy and safety profiles
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts and assigned budgets
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals
Develop and implement local strategies and business plans for high-performing sales
Manage customer objections effectively and provide exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Product launch experience
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM and Microsoft Teams
Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes
Knowledge of regulatory environments within the biotech/pharma industry
