Role Description This is a true outside sales role for someone who prefers being in the field over sitting at a desk. You will spend most days traveling within your territory, visiting industrial facilities, job sites, and customer locations across North Orange County and South Los Angeles County.

This is not a remote or hybrid position. Success in this role comes from face‑to‑face relationship building, consistent territory coverage, and the ability to open doors with new accounts.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Spending the majority of your workweek in the field, not behind a computer.

Visiting existing customers to strengthen long‑term relationships.

Prospecting new accounts through cold visits, referrals, and territory planning.

Conducting in‑person sales presentations at industrial and commercial facilities.

Managing your own schedule, pipeline, and follow‑ups.

Representing a long‑established, locally owned company with deep roots in the industry.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

Prefer being out in the field rather than working from home or an office.

Are comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations with people you’ve never met.

Have experience generating your own leads rather than relying on inbound inquiries.

Like autonomy and don’t need daily hand‑holding to stay motivated.

Measure success by deals closed and relationships built.

Enjoy relationship‑driven, long‑cycle B2B sales.

Relationship management and account development through consistent, in‑person client engagement.

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:

Are looking for a desk‑based, remote, or hybrid sales role.

Rely primarily on inbound leads to hit quota.

Are uncomfortable with cold outreach or face‑to‑face prospecting.

Need highly structured days or constant direction.

Prefer transactional, quick‑close sales environments.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience of outside sales experience

Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills

Possess Communication and interpersonal rapport building skills

New Business Development skills

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.....self managed

Ability to work independently and within a team
