What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide vital production support for the account team, including running and formatting performance reports

Implement account tasks and optimizations, and build and upload campaigns

Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking detailed notes as necessary

Monitor daily performance and make recommendations for bid adjustments and budget pacing

Create and QA tracking pixels and remarketing lists

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including functions like sorting, filters, vlookup, and pivot tables

Understanding of paid search metrics and the ability to navigate various platforms for reporting

Experience with campaign management tasks within Google Ads and Facebook

Ability to perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy in data reporting

Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance trends and metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with SEM methodologies and various bidding strategies

Experience in creating detailed report write-ups and performance analysis

Understanding of campaign build strategies and best practices

Previous experience in a digital marketing or analytics role

Ability to delegate production tasks to team members effectively
