Warmly greet and guide customers into the car wash tunnel with care and professionalism. Support the upkeep of the location's cleanliness and overall aesthetic. Follow all Mister Car Wash safety protocols and adhere to uniform standards. WHAT YOU NEED:
A friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and listening skills. Ability to connect effectively with customers. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. High energy and enjoyment of working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical capability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain active for extended periods. Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. overhead. A strong work ethic and a collaborative team attitude. WHAT MOTIVATES OUR TEAM:
