Position: Customer Experience Representative

Reports to: Store Manager

Purpose of Position:

As a vital part of our team, your role is to ensure that each customer enjoys a welcoming and exceptional experience. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will showcase outstanding teamwork, effective communication skills, and a readiness to embrace change. Customer Experience Representatives are responsible for: Providing top-notch customer service while maintaining the store to meet management's standards. Accurately processing customer transactions through scanning or manual entry, finalizing sales, and gathering payments. Adhering to regulations for age-restricted products, including tobacco and alcohol. Preparing food and beverages to meet customer expectations while following safe food handling practices. Ensuring the neatness of the store interior, cash register area, and stockroom. Maintaining cleanliness outside the store as well. Handling deliveries in accordance with company policy. Creating a safe and supportive environment by adhering to safety protocols. Accurately logging hours worked. Completing necessary daily paperwork and maintaining records. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 0-6 months of relevant work experience. Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age. Must successfully complete company training. Physical Requirements: Ability to navigate quickly throughout the store. Capable of standing for extended periods on hard surfaces.
