Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, specifically for Target accounts, based in Minneapolis, MN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will manage relationships with Target and Target.com, oversee sales processes, and ensure the successful execution of retail programs. Responsibilities include account management, driving sales growth, analyzing performance metrics, creating promotional plans, and optimizing customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is key to the role, as is maintaining a deep understanding of Target’s processes and market trends. Qualifications
Strong sales and account management skills, with experience building and maintaining client relationships Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and performance evaluation to make data-driven decisions Experience in promotional planning, merchandising, and logistics, preferably in retail Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage external stakeholders Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as retail management software and analytics tools Previous experience working with Target or other mass-market retailers is highly desired Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
