General Description Seeking a highly motivated, outgoing and enthusiastic customer service rep committed to exceed the expectations of both external and internal customers by being highly responsive, proactive, and a problem solver. CSRs develop close working relationships with clients by building trust and adding value through efficiency, accuracy and problem solving to become an asset for their growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Receiving customer orders and accurately processing them in our ERP System (Syteline)

Rigorously follow the system of checks and balances to uncover and correct order entry errors before they negatively impact our business or that of our clients

Respond to customer inquiries for order status, order adjustments, samples, lead times, etc.

Be the primary backup for outside sales representatives when they are out of the office

Collaborate with and support teammates in customer service, outside sales, production, planning, accounting, logistics, I.T., etc. to meet customer needs while optimizing company assets and capabilities

Discover and present opportunities to continuously improve our company and for us to become a more valued partner to our clients

Serve as a backup to the Shipping clerk with rate and routing daily shipments as needed

Billing and other duties as assigned by supervisor

In-office based position

Preferred Work Experience

5+ years of experience

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to set priorities, work with minimum supervision, and handle numerous activities simultaneously, across a broad number of divisions

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure technical environment

Embraces problems and challenges as opportunities to impress clients and differentiate themselves and our company from the competition

Proficient in MS Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Working experience Syteline, and management reporter preferred.

A college degree from a credited university and/or strong related experience is preferred
