Monitor employee expense submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy, including proper project coding, work codes, and required receipts.
Serve as the first point of contact for vendor setup requests across the organization.
Determine vendor status within the accounting system and guide internal teams on next steps based on existing records.
Coordinate the vendor onboarding process, including sending invitations, communicating required documentation, and supporting vendors through the submission process.
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business operations teams to ensure accurate coding, timely processing, and adherence to internal controls.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Maconomy or similar strongly preferred).
Background in accounting, finance operations, or vendor management is a plus
Exceptional communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to guide vendors through documentation requirements and resolve issues tactfully.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through in a high-volume transactional environment.
