Our SelectLeaders client is a real estate investment and development company. Our client's real estate assets include downtown office buildings, residential and master-planned land development projects, retail and industrial properties, and large acreage land holdings.

Position Overview We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of three Class‑A high‑rise office towers (1,000,000 sqft) and parking structures within the same complex. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn the commercial real estate industry from the ground up. This position plays a key role in tenant support, vendor coordination, and overall operations to keep the property running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests

Coordinate vendor access with tenants and Security

Provide general support during tenant onboarding and move‑outs

Manage building operating systems, including access controls, work order platforms, and tenant‑facing technology. Assist tenants with systems.

Maintain organized property records, including building operations files, vendor documentation, and construction records

Keep directories, contact lists, and digital resources accurate and up to date

Prepare reports, track follow‑ups, and support administrative tasks

Assist with property events and tenant engagement initiatives

Assist with the preparation of marketing collateral

Maintain and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and software

Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Office, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, One Note and a robust aptitude for independently learning new applications.

Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail

Professional demeanor and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
