Position Summary The Pricing Analyst supports the Pricing & Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE) by providing analytical and execution support for deal pricing, discount analysis, and margin evaluation. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and the Deal Desk to ensure pricing decisions align with established guardrails, profitability targets, and commercial strategy.
The Pricing Analyst focuses on data, analysis, and deal‑level execution, while strategic pricing decisions and escalations are owned by the CoE Lead.

Analyze pricing requests for standard and moderately complex deals
Validate discounts, pricing structures, and deal assumptions against approved guardrails
Prepare pricing summaries and analysis for Deal Desk and approval workflows
2. Margin & Profitability Support
Consumable pull-through assumptions
Service and warranty components
Identify and document margin risks and escalation triggers
3. Pricing Governance Execution
Ensure pricing decisions are applied consistently across regions and customer segments
Support the use of standardized pricing models, corridors, and deal structures
Escalate non-standard pricing scenarios to the Pricing & Contracting CoE Lead for review and approval
Maintain pricing files, deal analyses, and approval documentation
Support reporting on pricing trends, discounting patterns and leakage
Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing tools and analytics
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Finance and Contract Analyst to ensure alignment between pricing and contract execution
Support Deal Desk operations and fast turn‑around for field teams

Required
2 – 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, sales operations, or commercial analytics
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel knowledge of pricing, modeling, and executive reporting
Experience supporting deal‑level pricing or commercial analytics
Preferred
Experience creating Excel macros to automate pricing analyses and reporting workflows
MedTech, Medical Device, or complex B2B pricing experience
Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and CLM platforms and datasets
Understanding of margin, contribution analysis, and discount governance
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Commercial mindset with attention to profitability
Clear communication of pricing rationale and risks
Comfortable working under time pressure
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. The employee is regularly required to work on a keyboard and computer.
WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is designated as remote. Candidates located near one of our office locations may work in a hybrid arrangement, combining remote work with in‑office presence as appropriate. The role primarily involves working from a home office, requiring a quiet and distraction‑free environment suitable for confidential work, frequent video and phone calls, and focused tasks. The employee must have access to a reliable internet connection and an ergonomically appropriate workspace.
Typical work conditions include prolonged periods of sitting, extensive use of a computer, and frequent interaction via digital communication tools.
Travel is not required for daily work. Minimal travel may be required for training and business purposes.

Additional Requirements – Hours of Support: this role provides support across East to West business hours. Workload may be triaged to ensure appropriate coverage throughout these time zones.
Pay Transparency Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $85K-110K USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
