Based in Grand Rapids, we’re seeking a creative, collaborative, and growth-focused individual to be a key part of our expanding sales & marketing team, and help us level‑up the experience we provide to our valued current and future clients.

To drive business growth by supporting sales and marketing with lead generation, content creation, and relationship management. The
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
supports the sales lifecycle by ensuring our clients have a 5‑star experience, our brand stays visible, and administrative sales tasks are handled with precision.

Primary Responsibilities Lead Management and Sales Support
Initial Intake
: Act as the first point of contact for all incoming sales inquiries; qualify leads in a hospitable, service‑forward manner based on company criteria.
Site Support
: Attend home/lot visits to take detailed notes for the estimating and design teams.
Lead Nurturing
: Manage a rigorous follow‑up schedule (weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly) for all "on‑hold" leads to ensure long‑term conversion.
Opportunity Tracking
: Maintain an active list of lot opportunities and identify potential land purchase opportunities for the company.
Network Cultivation
: Proactively build and maintain relationships with strategic clients that offer home listing opportunities.
Marketing and Brand Development
Content Creation
: Lead the creation of social and digital media content to build brand authority and engage the community. This may include jobsite footage, drone footage, employee interviews, and other types of content.
Video Content
: Drive the improved use of video across our brand to help engage our active clients, team members, and potential client partners.
Written Content
: Research and write marketing blogs and promotional materials for new strategic partners.
Strategic Campaigns
: Develop specific content tailored to high‑priority listing leads.
Website Content
: partner with third‑party developers to ensure our website is positioned as a top‑tier lead generation and brand tool.
Analytics
: help us improve how we make strategic decisions when it comes to our marketing and sales resources.
Hospitality & Client Service
Client Experience
: Lead hospitality initiatives to ensure a high‑end experience for clients.
Event Coordination
: Identify and coordinate events for clients, industry partners, and employees that strengthen brand loyalty.
Client Engagement
: Manage the client gift program for past, present, and future clients to maintain long‑term relationships.
Meeting Participation
: Periodically attend bi‑weekly client meetings to stay aligned on project status and client sentiment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
: Required (preferably in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
Early Career Experience
: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or a high‑touch customer service role.
Internship Foundation
: Prior internships in hospitality, design, real estate, or professional services are a plus.
Core Competencies
Exceptional Communication
: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to act as and interact confidently with high‑net‑worth clients.
Content Creation Skills
: Proficiency with social media platforms and basic content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing) for capturing job site and drone footage.
Strategic Thinking
: Ability to analyze marketing data and lead analytics to help improve decision‑making.
Organizational Precision
: High attention to detail for managing lead tracking, note‑taking during site visits, and maintaining gift programs.
Compensation and Contact Info
This is a full‑time, salaried position.
Salary range is $50,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
