What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage internal team workflows, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations
Own key client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
Conduct project setups and monitor ongoing time allocation using Harvest
Lead internal and client-facing meetings, addressing blockers and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with Account Strategists to identify cross-sell opportunities within the RevOps ecosystem
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Operations space, with at least 2-3 years in team management
Strong proficiency in project management tools, particularly Asana
Deep expertise in RevOps/MarOps platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the director level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience conducting audits and reviews related to revenue and marketing operations
Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new tools and platforms
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience in leading client-facing interactions and executing RevOps deliverables
Familiarity with time tracking tools for operational accuracy
