
Conscious Minds Studio’s Creator Label, Voices is looking for a
Sr. Strategist
to lead insight-driven creator strategy across brand campaigns, cultural moments, and long-term partnerships. This role reports directly to the Executive Director of Voices and partners closely with the Director of Voices to run day-to-day projects and campaigns, while also providing strategic support to the Studio and other labels as needed. You are a pattern-spotter and narrative builder—someone who mines culture, platform behavior, and audience signals to shape creator ecosystems and strategic POVs. You translate insight into clear direction for Creative and Curation, building decks and briefs that unlock standout creator-led work. What You’ll Do
Lead creator-specific strategy across brand campaigns, tentpole moments, and always-on programs. Identify which types of creators brands should work with—and why—based on cultural relevance, platform behavior, audience alignment, and brand ambition. Mine insights from culture, fandoms, creator behavior, platform dynamics, and emerging formats to inform strategic POVs. Build creator ecosystems and frameworks (archetypes, tiers, roles, narratives) that guide casting and creative. Briefing & Narrative Building
Develop clear, compelling strategy decks that sell through creator-led ideas and approaches. Write strategic briefs for Creative and Curation that define the “why,” guardrails, and opportunity space. Translate brand goals into creator-first opportunities that feel authentic, scalable, and culturally fluent. Report directly to the Executive Director of Voices on strategic direction, priorities, and POV. Partner closely with the Director of Voices to run day-to-day projects and campaigns. Collaborate tightly with the Creative Director (Voices) to ensure strategy and creative direction are aligned. Work hand-in-hand with the Curation Lead to inform casting decisions and creator selection. Provide strategic support to the Studio and other labels as needed, ensuring creator work integrates into broader brand and business goals. Measurement & Evolution
Define success metrics for creator work alongside analytics and media partners. Analyze performance and cultural impact to refine strategy and inform future bets. Stay ahead of platform shifts, creator economy trends, and emerging modes of influence. Who You Are
8–10+ years of experience in strategy, creator/influencer marketing, social strategy, or cultural planning. Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and how creators drive culture—not just content. Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with a strong POV on creator behavior. A strong storyteller who can build decks, frameworks, and narratives that inspire confidence and clarity. Comfortable leading conversations with clients and senior stakeholders. Curious, culturally plugged-in, and decisive. Experience working with entertainment, sports, fashion, or culture-forward brands. Familiarity with creator discovery, social listening, or analytics tools. Experience shaping long-term creator programs or IP-driven partnerships.
