Packaging Associate

THK Manufacturing of America (TMA), a trusted name in precision manufacturing, is currently hiring a Wrap and Pack Processor to support our growing LM (Linear Motion) operations. Training hours 8am-4pm Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough quality checks using gauges and visual inspections to ensure every part meets THK standards. Carefully review materials, part numbers, and measurements before starting tasks. Follow detailed work instructions, operation sheets, and procedures consistently. Apply proper rust-prevention treatments and labeling techniques as needed. Keep your workspace neat and safe at all times. Safely move materials using equipment when necessary and ensure only approved items move forward in the process. Support your team by helping meet production goals and maintaining smooth workflow. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or manufacturing experience is a plus. Previous experience (1–2 years) in assembly or processing is preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work a full 40-hour week. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. A strong work ethic and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
