What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings
Coordinate key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams
Assist in designing and implementing key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools
Monitor compliance activities to ensure adherence to standards
Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects and data requests
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to travel up to 10% across the year for team retreats and events
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform extensive keyboard use
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of project management processes
Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment
